Business consultant, trainer, speaker, author, and entrepreneurial change agent, Mary Adelman, assists clients and inspires audiences with aligning their true calling in their business with their spiritual path. Mary's consulting services include providing the necessary tools to guide clients through every aspect of growing their business - from concept to start-up, growth and sunsetting. She provides resources, candid counsel, and fresh strategic direction that supports her clients to achieve their dreams of successful entrepreneurship. As a trainer, Mary empowers clients and students to stretch their skills and knowledge base on a broad range of business topics.

Mary also serves clients representing varied industries through her role as Assistant Director with the New Jersey Small Business Development Center of Northwest Jersey (NJSBDC-NW). She holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from County College of Morris and will hold a Bachelors in Psychology from Ashford University as of January, 2019.
The Parsippany Area Chamber of Commerce and business community recognized Mary as "Business Leader of the Year” in 2010 and 2011. She served on numerous volunteer non-profit boards, including a multiple year term as State President of the New Jersey Association of Woman Business Owners (NJAWBO), through September 2015. Her many social responsibility projects include a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Pinnacle Award winning program (2009) serving over 1,800 career transitioning veterans, guard and reservists.
As an entrepreneur, Mary deeply understands what it takes to start and operate a business. Recognizing the importance of connectedness between self and business, Mary developed and leads retreats to support entrepreneurs on their journey. She skillfully guides entrepreneurs through a very personal experience of self-discovery to recognize and release any limiting beliefs. Her creative individual and group exercises provide participants with opportunities to develop pragmatic, well-focused strategic action plans that immediately shift their business forward.
